Build 0.4 Balance changes

This update contains multiple balance changes and fev additional other ones.

Balance:

• Time for game 2minutes 30 seconds changed for 3 minutes 13 seconds
• Tutorial gains his own speed
• All difficulty levels increased by 1

Visual:

• Gates close faster
• At the end of the Tutorial camera gets back to normal before the loading screen

Bugs:

• Cakes no longer disappear in the oven
